I check the IEM every morning, and though Bush and Kerry have been running  <a href=\"http:\/\/128.255.244.60\/graphs\/graph_Pres04_VS.cfm\">neck and neck<\/a>, this is the first time I&#8217;ve seen Kerry edge out Bush.   A trend?  Too early to tell.
